Doubling our dedicated followers from 50K to 100K
2019-2021: I was the sole designer for recruitment. I set the visual direction for the channel staying true to Gojek's core style, while being playful and creative in our storytelling. We used motion design, animation, and carousel-wide illustrations to supplement standard posts.
2021-2023: I led the scaling of Gojek's recruitment design team. To handle the increasing volume of work, two skilled designers were onboarded. I managed the team's workload, workflow, stakeholder management and iterations. I provided clear art direction and developed narrative ideas highlighting visual storytelling, emphasising readability and recall. Our visual content stayed true to Gojek's core brand, incorporating motion design, animation, and carousel-wide illustrations to keep our storytelling fresh and engaging.
Our social media strategy focused on achieving targeted follower growth rather than vanity-boosting our numbers. We aimed to attract followers genuinely interested in Gojek's mission, values, and culture – a curated community that aligned with our goals. The design approach ensured meaningful recall, enhancing our employer brand and helping establish a dedicated audience
